Location is very convenient for the purpose of our travel.

Location for breakfast was fine. It would be nice to have some wholemeal bread and not just white to toast.

Daughter couldn't get hot water for her bath in her room. Husband had a bath but would have liked water to be hotter.

Breakfast was adequate for our needs. The location was easy to get to and quiet which we liked. Having the bistro on location was great.

The location was terrific for what we had to do in Plumpton.

We didn't stay for the breakfast even though the lovely lady at the desk when we checked in told us all about it and it sounded great for a free continental breakfast. The room was lovely and clean. Shower was amazing.

The bed was terribly uncormfortable. Large bed with plenty of room but the mattress was unbearable and we had hardly any sleep due to it.

No room service in the morning for breakfast . Yes the offered breakfast but do it yourself down stairs . Would of loved room service

Great accommodation

Good location on state route: easy to get to. Lots of free parking. The room was quiet. Our room was large and well equipped with hot drinks, kettle, fridge, and air con. Bed comfortable. Good shower with separate bath. Nice toiletries. Great little area for complimentary continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not eat an evening meal there, but there is a nice looking Bistro attached, overlooking the racecourse. Would definitely stay again.

Be aware of the steep steps to access the hotel (ramp is provided. Lifts inside for upper floors). It is outside the town, which means no other eating places within walking distance.

Handy Location

Staff friendly, helpful. Breakfast was in the foyer of venue consisting of breakfast cereal, toast and coffee, tea. Help yourself style different to most Mantra's I have stayed at. Location was close to where I needed to be. Parking was good it wasn't a race night. Restaurant was good. Room was large, bed was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom products.

Smoking at the main entrance not pleasant as you reach the top of the stairs the smell knocks you around. $100 deposit taking 5 Days to be released. Hotel staff not recognizing Accor member club. Room needed dusting, no milk in room for coffee or tea on arrival. Fridge the freezer was frozen into a block of ice fridge door wouldn't shut until we let it melt a little. No breakfast room service. Stayed for 2 night's no room clean or bed made due to (notice in room states lack of staff) ? Melton has high unemployment surely they could employ staff.? For the price you pay you would think there would be a Gym or Pool either at the property.
